cheats.tar.bz2是收集并调整好格式的cht文件，转码为utf-8
editor.tar.bz2是生成serial.json的工具，将no-intro的id和中文集合的id进行校对
makebin.sh和asm一起用，是用于生成给rom打补丁的代码，需要用到docker和其中的镜像i386/debian:buster-slim
